Sollis is a concierge immediate care membership that's available 24/7, 365. We offer unlimited access to in-person and virtual care, with a team of clinicians at the ready for everyday, urgent, and emergency care needs. Led by ER-trained doctors selected from the nation's top hospitals, Sollis is on standby for everything from scraped knees to ER-level emergencies with care that's immediate, compassionate, and convenient from first call to aftercare. Every Sollis membership unlocks access to 14 centers (located in New York and the Hamptons, Northern California, Southern California, and South Florida), on-demand virtual care, and global travel support.

Concierge medicine is a membership-based healthcare model that gives patients direct, ongoing access to a physician. Immediate care is prompt, walk-in medical attention for needs that require faster treatment than a primary care provider (PCP), and is traditionally provided in urgent cares and emergency rooms. Sollis spares our members the wait, crowds, stress, and surprise costs of traditional immediate care with 24/7 access to concierge medicine for everyday medical concerns (like cold and flu), urgent medical concerns (like infections and migraines), to ER-level emergencies (like broken bones and allergic reactions), keeping our members out of the ER 99% of the time. While we don't offer primary care, we work in partnership with our members' PCPs and specialists to ensure seamless continuity of care across their care journey.

As a Platinum member, in-house bloodwork and diagnostics, advanced imaging, IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and most other services are included, when medically necessary. Additional fees may apply for certain bloodwork that requires Sollis to leverage external labs.

Sollis specializes in urgent and emergency care, so we do not provide traditional annual physicals. However, we do offer an annual Wellness Consultation, which includes a baseline exam and health review. While this visit does not replace an annual physical with your primary care provider (PCP), it can offer helpful insight into your baseline health and support more informed conversations with your PCP.

Many members have a PCP and still rely on Sollis for care in between routine checkups. Because we’re available 24/7, Sollis can be especially helpful when urgent needs arise—such as managing symptoms after hours, refilling a forgotten prescription while traveling, navigating care while in between doctors, or adjusting to a new city.

Sollis physicians can expertly care for about 95% of cases typically seen in an emergency room. The difference? During an emergency, you’re seen almost immediately by an empathetic clinical team with the time and resources to provide truly personalized care.  Less than 1% of Sollis patients require transfer to a hospital or ER, compared with 7–10% at most urgent care centers. However, there are certain situations where a traditional ER is still necessary:

Major trauma (such as high-impact motor vehicle accidents)
Acute heart attacks and strokes requiring immediate specialized care
Life-threatening bleeding requiring rapid blood transfusion

Please note: EMS teams are licensed to transport patients only to hospital ERs, so if you call 911, they will take you directly to the ER.

All routine laboratory tests are included in your membership at no additional cost. This includes a wide variety of services covering most clinical needs, including:

• Hematology (CBC)Chemistry
• (BMP, liver panel, CMP, MetLac 12, lipid panel, Metlyte + CRP)
• Cardiac (troponin, D-dimer)
• Infectious disease (SPOTFIRE®, BIOFIRE®)
• Point-of-care testing (CBC, lipid panel, strep/flu/RSV, glucose, troponin)

Advanced lab work that needs to be processed in an external laboratory (including HealthTrackRx [HTRX]) is not included in your Platinum membership. Blood work or cultures processed by any external lab will be billed according to that lab’s policies.

As a Platinum member, all on-site imaging and radiology (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, cardiovascular screening) is included in your membership when clinically indicated.

Upon joining, you also receive your choice of a complimentary preventive screening service: a Galleri® cancer screening, Wyndly allergy testing, or cardiovascular screening for members over 40. (After you have redeemed this complimentary service, additional services will incur a fee.)

• On‑site imaging results are generally available the same day.
• Send‑out labs vary by test type and processing lab.

If a test is ordered by Sollis, our team will review and share results with you. If it’s ordered by an outside provider, results will be shared directly by that provider.
