Sollis Pediatrics (formerly Sollis Family+) is our comprehensive pediatric plan, offering primary, urgent, and emergency care for members under 18.

Available exclusively at our Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach Centers, this one-of-a-kind plan combines our 24/7 immediate care with a leading on-site concierge pediatrician, plus:

• Well visits
• Select vaccines
• Camp and school physicals
• Environmental allergy testing for members under 18
• One complimentary house call, and more

For Sollis Signature members with children over 4 months of age on their account, Sollis offers on-demand pediatric urgent and emergency care at all of our centers, along with advanced diagnostics and expedited specialist referrals.

Yes. Sollis Pediatrics, available exclusively in our Southern California region, welcomes patients from birth.

At all other Sollis locations, pediatric care begins at 4 months of age.

From that point forward, families have 24/7 access to our emergency-medicine trained physicians for urgent concerns, and our team will coordinate seamlessly with your child's pediatrician and specialists, as needed.

For Sollis Pediatrics (only available in Southern California), we do provide annual pediatric physicals for school and camp and administer vaccines according to the recommended schedule.

For Sollis Signature and Platinum memberships in all other markets, we are not a replacement for a pediatrician. Children's annual physicals should be completed by their pediatrician.

Regardless of membership, Sollis can provide:

• Same-day, urgent, and emergency pediatric care
• Many vaccines (depending on age and type)

Our team can also coordinate referrals or ensure your pediatrician receives all results for continuity of care.

Yes, with an important caveat. Sollis is out-of-network and does not accept insurance, so we may not be able to obtain the referrals or prior authorizations your HMO requires for certain services, including advanced diagnostic procedures (not including imaging), specialty care, surgeries, and other medical procedures. In those cases, your plan may require a referral or authorization from an in-network provider.

For certain specialties and services, we can offer out-of-network options your plan does not cover or authorize. If you choose that route, you are responsible for the full out-of-pocket cost. We do our best to find in-network options when feasible, but coverage is never guaranteed for services arranged or recommended through Sollis.

If you plan to use your insurance benefits, we recommend maintaining access to an in-network primary care or other participating provider who can obtain required referrals and authorizations. We can support that process by sharing relevant medical records and interfacing with the insurance-assigned physician, but we cannot dictate their decisions or your plan's.
